The psychological impact of Coronavirus panic


There's a lot of panic regarding Coronavirus going around. A lot of my clients, marriage or trauma cases, who are already anxious enough, without this looming threat.

I ran across the following article, which poses an intriguing question:

"Too much optimism while diminishing the importance of this health threat might risk more lives. On the other hand, too much panic might exacerbate the mental health of millions of people. How do we strike a balance?"
